ELIGIBILITY

Competition is open to all boys and girls who have a valid/current AAU registration card and currently reside in the Southeastern District of AAU. For AAU Team and individual registration please visit the AAU web site at: AAU Registration

EVENTS LIMITS
There is a three (3) event maximum for the 8 & under, 9, 10, 11, 12 divisions. There is a four (4) events maximum for 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. EVENT MAXIMUM includes RELAYS AND FIELDS EVENTS. Relay team members must be declared with alternates.

An entry fee of $17.00 per contestant ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID ONLINE (Including relays) by entering at the link below.  No paper or faxed entries will be accepted. YOUR ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. NO REFUNDS !

Officials and Volunteer Meet Assignments:
  Meet Assignments

Awards:
Awards will be given to top 3 places in each event. Awards will either be sent to coaches / athletes or distributed at the National Qualifying Meet at the end of June.  If you will not be attending the National Qualifier in Knoxville at the end of June you must email Chris Kane at chris.kane010@gmail.com with your name, team name and mailing adress so that your awards can be shipped to you.

Parking:
All parking lots will be available on the weekend.

Concessions: Limited concessions (water and fluid replacement drinks) will be on sale on the homestraight side of the track.

Packet Pick up:
Packets will be available at the press box one hour prior to the meet. There are no bib numbers for this event. Hip numbers will be distributed at the clerks tent.

Events Schedule:
Events may run up to 1 hour ahead of schedule. Please listen for your event call. We will only call each event two times. Age groups of like sex may be combined in distance races/walks which have minimal participation. Please -AAU Handbook  The meet will run on the schedule listed below moving from youngest to oldest age groups Girls first - Boys to follow / All races are section versus time finals - no prelims

NATIONAL QUALIFIER:
Held at the University of Tennessee (June 27-June 30). In order to qualify for the National Qualifier you must place in the top 16 in your event at the district championships to advance on to the National Qualifier.
