Post Season Cross Country Time Trial
Post Season Cross Country in the South - time to run fast and shoot for the stars ! With major post season cross country meets in the South being run on fast courses (Footlocker South - MCalpine Park / Nike Team Regional - Wake Med) post season time trials have become a tradition to prep your runners for the fast starts and races to come. The fast Hardin Valley Academy track has seen four Footlocker National finalist set PR's on thier way to San Diego since 2008. A low key atmosphere coupled with paced runs and digital split times every 200m serve to produce superior performances.

Entry Fee for the Time Trial is $10.00 (if you are a registered participant of Knoxville Youth Athletics Post Season Cross Country Program there is no entry fee). All entries must be completed and paid for online by 11/15/12 (7 PM - EST). Please register at the link below:
